The Saudi luxury residential and hospitality market demands stone sinks and vanity elements that are not catalogue items but custom objects — sized to the vanity cabinet, matched to the floor stone, and finished to the same quality as every other stone surface in the space. Metamar's Atelier works directly with your interior designer or architect to produce sinks that complete the stone language of the room rather than disrupt it.
What We Offer
Carved from a single stone block — no joints, no seams, no weak points. The vessel sits above the counter as an autonomous sculptural object. Available in oval, rectangular, square, and custom forms in any stone Metamar supplies.
Precision-cut stone basins for undermount or drop-in installation. Bowl geometry, drain aperture, and overflow provision produced to your plumber's specification. Custom rim profiles to match the vanity top edge detail.
Stone vanity tops with fully integrated sink bowls — the basin is routed and finished as one continuous surface with the top, with no visible joint. Available in all stone thicknesses from 20 mm to 60 mm+.
Deep single or double bowl sinks with an exposed front apron face — the natural stone equivalent of the classic farmhouse sink. For kitchen applications and feature bathroom designs. Finished on all exposed faces.
Wall-mounted stone basin units and pedestal sink columns — a complete stone object combining basin and support. Engineered with concealed steel armature where required. For both contemporary and classical interiors.
Matched sets of sinks produced for hospitality projects — consistent stone selection, identical bowl geometry, and coordinated vanity tops across multiple bathrooms or powder rooms. Volume production without variation.

Material Character
Not all stones are equally suited to wet environments. Metamar's team advises on stone selection specifically for sink and basin applications — considering porosity, acid sensitivity, slip resistance, and long-term durability in daily use.
Dense stones with low porosity perform best in high-use hotel applications. Marble and travertine are preferred for luxury residential settings where maintenance protocols are controlled. All stones are sealed prior to delivery.
Customisation
Standard sink catalogue dimensions exist for a reason — but they rarely align perfectly with a custom cabinetry design or an integrated vanity stone. Metamar produces every sink to the dimensions your project requires, with no minimum order penalty for custom sizing.
Bowl depth, drain position, overflow location, rim width, and underside profile are all specified per piece. For hotel projects, a prototype is produced and approved before the full run begins.

How We Work
We review your vanity layout, cabinet drawings, and plumbing rough-in positions. Bowl geometry, drain location, and rim detail are confirmed in a shop drawing before any stone is cut.
For projects with multiple sinks, blocks are selected from a single quarry lot to ensure colour and veining consistency. Slab sections are laid out and approved before cutting begins.
The sink body is cut by CNC to exact external dimensions. The bowl is routed in multiple passes to final depth, with hand-finishing to the bowl radius and drain collar. All exposed faces are profiled and finished.
Finished sinks are sealed, measured against drawings, and photographed. Each piece is wrapped in protective foam and crated individually. Plumber's installation notes are included.
